We at Cdm Solitaire want your online shopping to be as easy as possible in terms of choice, cost, and delivery. We understand that there may be circumstances in which you would like to return your purchase, and we would be pleased to assist you in doing so, as detailed below. This policy solely applies to users who reside in India and deals with returns and refunds for products purchased exclusively on www.cdmsolitaire.co.in.
Within 7 days of product delivery, if any manufacturing defect please email us at [email protected] or contact us on 7710092518 and within 72 working hours your return and refund/exchange status will be updated.

REFUND POLICY
If in case the order you received was damaged when it arrived or was not delivered at all, let us know within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures and videos taken during the unpacking process.
Users may begin the request to return products through the Platform in the case that the Product has manufacturing defects (which are attributable to and accepted by Cdm Solitaire after thorough verification at its exclusive discretion). The User must make these requests for a return no later than 7 (seven) days after the date of the Product’s delivery.

When submitting a request for a product return or exchange, the user will need to provide clear images and videos in addition to a copy of the original invoice. The User is responsible for making sure the Product(s) being returned meet all requirements outlined in this Return and Refund Policy, including being intact, with all packaging material undamaged and unused. Without having to give the user any notice, Cdm Solitaire maintains the right to modify and enforce this return and refund policy at any moment.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will be contacting you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
Within ten (10) business days of your refund being authorized, it will be processed and the amount due will be sent directly to your bank account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Customised product
If the product is customised according to your preference, it cannot be refunded.
